Standard delivery for most products

Most non-aerosol products, including fragrance oils, perfume oils, perfume sprays and similar items, may be eligible for standard UK delivery.

Standard delivery is usually estimated at 3–5 business days. Where available, the current standard delivery price will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery upgrades

Faster delivery upgrades may be available at checkout, depending on the products in your order, parcel weight and delivery address.

• Evri 24HR: estimated 1–2 business days, £3.99 where available
• Royal Mail 24HR: estimated 1–2 business days, £4.99 where available
• DPD: estimated 1–2 business days, available for selected heavier or larger orders from £9.99 where available

Delivery upgrades are estimated courier services and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout.

Air freshener and specialist courier delivery

Some air freshener products, including Turbo Jet Air Fresheners, may require a separate courier service because of product shipping requirements.

For eligible England and Wales orders, specialist courier delivery may be available from £6.99. Some air freshener orders may qualify for a free shipping option over £35 where this is shown at checkout.

Express or specialist courier options may cost more depending on the service selected and delivery area. Shipping prices may be higher for some locations, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Specialist courier services may be provided by couriers such as FedEx, DHL or similar, depending on the available service and product requirements.

Mixed product orders

If your order contains different product types, the available shipping options may vary. Some products may require a different courier or shipping method.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are usually processed on working days, Monday to Friday.
• Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays are usually processed on the next working day.

Return period

We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must usually be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You may also need to provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For eligible customer return requests, a £3.99 flat-rate return shipping fee may apply.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or there is another issue caused by us, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and advise the correct next step.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

• the delivery label;
• any visible damage or issue.

Items that may not be returnable

Some items may not be suitable for return once opened, used or unsealed, especially products intended for personal use, hygiene-sensitive items, custom items, or products that cannot be resold safely.

Air freshener or aerosol-style products may require specific return instructions because of shipping requirements. Please do not send these products back unless we have confirmed the return instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges and upgraded delivery services may not always be refundable, except where required by law.
