Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you need to request a return or refund, please read the information below before sending anything back to us.
Please contact us first at info@atikperfumes.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Return period
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must usually be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You may also need to provide proof of purchase.
How to request a return
Before sending anything back, please contact us with:
- your order number;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the item you want to return;
- the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping
For eligible customer return requests, a £3.99 flat-rate return shipping fee may apply.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or there is another issue caused by us, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and advise the correct next step.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:
- the product received;
- the outer packaging;
- the delivery label;
- any visible damage or issue.
Items that may not be returnable
Some items may not be suitable for return once opened, used or unsealed, especially products intended for personal use, hygiene-sensitive items, custom items, or products that cannot be resold safely.
Air freshener or aerosol-style products may require specific return instructions because of shipping requirements. Please do not send these products back unless we have confirmed the return instructions.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank, card provider or payment provider to process the refund.
Original delivery charges and upgraded delivery services may not always be refundable, except where required by law.
